Condition Assessment Log

The Condition Assessment Log is a multi-year report showing the history of condition assessments for a group of assets. If multiple condition assessments were completed on an asset for a single year, then only the last condition assessment rating of the year will be shown. If condition assessments were not completed on an asset in a single year, the report will show Unknown.

If the Lifecycle Condition in an Asset Profile is configured to utilize the 'Custom Assessment Method' for condition assessments, then the Condition Assessment Log report will also include any asset attribute values completed on the condition assessment.
