Service Request Reports are primarily used to report on the Service Request Types by department and filtering down any additional information as required such as Responsible person, Classification, Status, Priority, etc. Users can select Primary Grouping and Secondary Grouping for Service Request Type, Department, Source, Asset. Created and Last Updated dates can be applied, in addition to saving the filters as a Saved Report. Service Request Reports can be viewed in Data View, Graph View or Pie Chart View, which can be exported.
