Operating Plan Module

The Operating Plan Module provides a set of tools, components and reports that allow users to create an Operating budget for their organization.

Core Components

The Operating Plan is built using the following core components:

• Chart of Accounts (COA) and related Key Segments

Scenario management and analysis is supported using multiple Datasets.

Budgets may be organized by fund, department or corporate level using configured reporting Trees. 

A set of standard reports allow decision makers to view the Operating budget based on Dataset, year, department groupings.  
 Operating Plan Permissions

Access to the Operating Plan Module is enabled through module-level permissions.

Permissions can be refined to control access to specific module components, including:

• Segment Items

• Datasets
